Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural strategy from initial scoping through full execution to ensure mission-critical programs deliver measurable outcomes.
  • •Evaluate business and functional requirements at an executive level and translate strategies into scalable process design and solution architecture.
  • •Champion AI/Agentforce usage to automate workflows, optimize business processes, and deliver next-generation customer experiences.
  • •Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups to elicit and define complex business requirements.
  • •Craft and own user stories and solution specifications for agile sprints and provide best-practice guidance on platform capabilities, environment management, and testing (UAT).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise software experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
  • •Successful delivery of solutions in the Media and/or Telecommunications sector.
  • •Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes using technology.
  • •Experience using AI-assisted tools and strong understanding of how Agentforce (or similar) can transform business operations.
  • •Strong written/verbal communication to document requirements, architectures, and process flows; English fluency (Arabic preferred).
