Key Responsibilities

•Own client solutions for key Apps & Gaming advertisers, translating business objectives into TikTok campaign strategies across acquisition, engagement and growth.
•Partner with Client Partners to grow accounts by identifying optimization opportunities, product adoption gaps, and proactive upsell recommendations.
•Analyse campaign performance, vertical trends, audience behavior, and measurement data to generate actionable insights and improve client outcomes.
•Lead by example on campaign optimization, client problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
•Coach and develop Client Solutions team members across account management, product expertise, campaign analysis, and client advisory skills.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, advertising platforms, or digital agencies.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into optimization actions.
•Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver measurable business impact.
•Experience coaching or mentoring others with feedback, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day leadership.
