Key Responsibilities

•Support the Director of Food & Beverage in leading and managing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, events, and related outlets.
•Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
•Drive operational excellence and financial performance for food and beverage services.
•Lead and develop teams to foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
•Maintain health, safety, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards; provide strategic support to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5–7 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
•Previous experience as Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, or equivalent leadership role (preferred).
•Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
•Strong leadership and people management, excellent communication, financial/commercial acumen, guest service orientation, and knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance; proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
