Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Food & Beverage in leading and managing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, events, and related outlets.
  • •Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
  • •Drive operational excellence and financial performance for food and beverage services.
  • •Lead and develop teams to foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain health, safety, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards; provide strategic support to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • •Previous experience as Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, or equivalent leadership role (preferred).
  • •Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
  • •Strong leadership and people management, excellent communication, financial/commercial acumen, guest service orientation, and knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance; proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
