Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, analyze, and continuously update policy documentation tailored to the UK/IE markets, aligning local insights with global Trust & Safety standards.
  • •Design and implement enforcement strategies across content areas including hateful behavior, violent behavior, dangerous actors, mental health, integrity & authenticity, and human exploitation.
  • •Serve as the primary policy contact for UK/IE and lead responses to content safety issues and escalations.
  • •Build cross-functional partnerships with Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Public Relations to drive consensus and evolve policies.
  • •Monitor emerging social media trends, user behaviors, and regulatory developments in the UK/IE to inform proactive policy design.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in policy development, enforcement, or public policy within technology, social media, or content moderation environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of the UK/IE region and experience with Trust and Safety Policy teams.
  • •Fluency in English to engage with local stakeholders and global teams.
  • •Keen interest in the intersection of technology, media, and cultural trends and their implications for content safety and user wellbeing.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to apply sound, data-informed judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
