Job Summary

A GTM Engineer role focused on building and standardizing data-driven GTM tooling, TAM mapping, and signals to power a scalable revenue engine. Key Responsibilities

•Level up how we map the essential service TAM across the US and define scalable data-driven benchmarks
•Test, validate, and monitor the best intent signals against our database to improve targeting
•Help inform Netic’s early tech stack and build foundational internal tools, workflows, and automations for sales and marketing with AI
•Develop GTM engineering principles to help customers be more successful and accelerate understanding of users through a flywheel
•Analyze Netic customer usage data to inform TOF campaigns and messaging and collaborate across teams to scale the function

Key Requirements

•3+ years in GTM Engineering, sales, growth, RevOps or a MarketingOps role
•Strong technical foundations – you can write some amount of code yourself and you understand how to set up the right architecture for systems that can scale
•Great business intuition – demonstrated ability to move the needle on key metrics and pick high-impact initiatives
•Deep curiosity – you tinker in your free time and pursue rabbit holes with disciplined focus
•Hustle and grit – thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly to find what works
