Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end procurement execution for solar packages, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid clarifications, evaluations, negotiations, contract drafting, and purchase order administration.
  • •Manage supply and long-term service/O&M agreements to support project schedules, mitigate risks, and align commercial terms with requirements.
  • •Oversee logistics arrangements (transportation routes, warehousing, shipments) to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Coordinate third-party quality services and execute factory/OEM qualification programs with audits and updates reflecting technology advancements and localization needs.
  • •Monitor supplier performance during manufacturing and delivery, implement corrective actions for non-conformances, and maintain supplier qualification documentation for audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience, including 3+ years on renewable energy projects focused on utility-scale solar PV/wind/BESS equipment and BoS components.
  • •Proven track record managing end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution for PV/wind/BESS modules, inverters, trackers, and related equipment.
  • •Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes and preparing and negotiating Supply and O&M Agreements, coordinating with legal, technical, and project teams during bid and execution.
  • •Demonstrated experience in OEM and supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and quality assurance, including factory audits and inspections.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
