Job Summary

Own engineering-related incident escalations for the Wilton site, ensuring issues are assessed, prioritized, routed to SMEs, and closed with clear ownership. Analyze recurring operational problems to identify root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions. Standardize escalation workflows, handoffs, work instructions, and documentation, translating engineering lessons learned into sustainable processes. Partner across Engineering & Competence, Hard Services, and IFM suppliers to improve reliability, supplier performance, and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering-related incident escalations from operations, user groups, and suppliers.
•Assess, prioritize, and route incidents to appropriate SMEs and System Owners; coordinate escalations through resolution and closure.
•Analyze recurring incidents and operational issues to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
•Develop and standardize escalation workflows, handoff procedures, process documentation, and lessons learned practices.
•Collaborate with Engineering & Competence, Hard Services, and IFM suppliers; monitor operational performance trends and communicate incident status, risks, and improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field.
•10+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, manufacturing support, semiconductor, or critical infrastructure environments.
•Experience with process improvement, facilities engineering, maintenance engineering, technical operations, or incident management.
•Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
•Experience developing operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
