Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more process modules for 3D NAND integrated circuit development and operation as module owner.
  • •Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules, with a clear continual improvement plan.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve potential structural, electrical, and reliability issues early using process control and model-based approaches.
  • •Optimize structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and process control with manufacturability assessment.
  • •Design and implement device/process experiments, analyze results and statistical significance, and drive technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥15 yrs) or Master’s (≥17 yrs) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming and analytics/business intelligence tools such as Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • •Develop an end-to-end understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies and related structural/electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •In-depth experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) and understanding of the NAND process flow, including yield and reliability issues.
  • •Experience in R&D and technology transfer within the semiconductor industry, with strong collaboration and continuous-improvement mindset.
