Job Summary

Maintain and improve plasma module equipment within the RFAB fab, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve tool issues efficiently, improve system performance to meet process requirements, and monitor/analyze tool data. Coordinate supplier service when needed, and produce technical reports with findings and recommended solutions for recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation for the plasma module within RFAB.
•Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to solve issues efficiently.
•Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze tool-related data to maintain performance and address tool issues.
•Coordinate supplier service/repairs as needed and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and ability to work in this role (18 years of age or older).
•2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 5 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift, including weekend shifts and holidays.
•Preferred: proficiency with vacuum systems, RF systems, gas delivery systems, or electrical systems/troubleshooting.
