Key Responsibilities

  • •Create detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on the long-term master plan to ensure execution and order priority alignment.
  • •Responsible for purchasing materials to support smooth production; manage raw material inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • •Analyze forecast, cost, and capacity to improve capacity and delivery balance by identifying bottleneck equipment and optimizing utilization.
  • •Manage suppliers and purchasing execution (order creation, delivery confirmation, receiving follow-up), including forecast calculation and payment tracking in AX.
  • •Maintain and update MRP/AX parameters (e.g., minimum inventory, order quantities, cycle, supplier delivery time) and establish storage plans/stock levels; report on planning accuracy and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, logistics, or foreign trade (preferred).
  • •3–5 years of experience in production planning, including 3+ years in metal processing materials, production planning, and inventory control.
  • •Ability to create and read flow charts and develop standard planning processes.
  • •Knowledge of bill of materials, production routes, and standard times.
  • •Proficiency with Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred) and experience working in a production environment.
