Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and lead multiple concurrent technical programs across the quantum computing portfolio with emphasis on accelerated computing applications.
  • •Define execution plans and measurable outcomes from R&D and technology roadmaps, then drive work across teams to completion.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and ensure completion of the most critical activities required for research success.
  • •Develop strong technical understanding of R&D priorities to enable successful collaborations and uncover new opportunities.
  • •Solve and mitigate technical challenges by establishing early risk identification and mitigation, and connect research breakthroughs to scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of technical program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives and multiple sophisticated programs at once.
  • •Validated understanding of the quantum computing ecosystem and relevant hardware and software technologies.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate sophisticated technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • •Demonstrated ability to translate research output into developed technology (advanced degree or hands-on quantum research/engineering is a plus).
