Job Summary

Build and operate a next-generation CIAM cloud SaaS environment, enabling multiple teams and partners to deliver a reliable customer experience. You’ll automate deployments and pipelines, write infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm, and manage Kubernetes-based services across AWS and GCP. The role also covers production support (L2/L3), database and data migration planning, incident/problem mitigation, and security- and cost-conscious operations with strong documentation and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and troubleshoot cloud applications to maintain performance and reliability.
•Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines, and write/maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm while reviewing colleague contributions.
•Test and deploy software updates, features, and hotfixes across AWS/GCP using CI/CD tooling.
•Design technical approaches based on product requirements, and plan/execute data migrations with supporting scripts.
•Participate in on-call rotation and provide L2/L3 support for production issues, including investigating database-related incidents and improving operations via monitoring and documentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years deploying and supporting web-based applications in production environments.
•3+ years with orchestration/automation tools including Helm charts, Ansible, Terraform, and scripting with Python/Yaml.
•Extensive experience with Kubernetes orchestration (3+ years) and PaaS technologies such as OpenShift.
•Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services (3+ years) plus cloud/server architecture and REST APIs/microservices deployment (5+ years).
•Hands-on DB experience with MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, and Elastic Cloud, including supporting migrations, backups/recovery, failover/HA, and production issue troubleshooting.
