•Partner with Product Design, Product, Data, and Engineering to help guide product decisions
•Turn research findings into clear, actionable insights
•Share insights in simple, useful ways through readouts, summaries, and other research materials
•Build and maintain research resources so teams can easily find and use past learnings

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience conducting UX or product research in a product organization
•Experience running a variety of qualitative research methods (usability testing, moderated and unmoderated studies)
•Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product decisions
•Experience partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers in fast-moving product teams
•Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both design and non-design audiences
