Lead Business Operations Associate in Training

Mentor and guide Business Operations Associates while ensuring smooth, compliant store operations across departments. Serve as Manager on Duty—directing workflow, resolving transaction questions, addressing customer concerns, and delivering clear, exceptional service. Delegate and monitor Business Office tasks, process and audit retail sales/appraisal/DMV paperwork, and manage cash operations including deposits, safe handling, and security protocols, while following EH&S requirements and maintaining an orderly work area.
