  • •Define and govern enterprise IT and data architecture principles, standards, and frameworks to align with corporate strategy and resolve cross-portfolio concerns.
  • •Research and assess emerging technologies and market trends to modernise the IT estate; define modernisation roadmaps that manage technical debt and technical currency.
  • •Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to solution architects and development teams to drive alignment and high performance.
  • •Lead evolution of enterprise-wide architecture across infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and platform domains, embedding resilience, automation, and security into design.
  • •Establish data and analytics strategic direction, governance, and policies for information quality, integrity, security, and compliance; act as a thought leader to influence adoption of well-architected frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT-related discipline, with experience in Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture.
  • •10+ years in Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture for large-scale, complex, distributed, mission-critical applications.
  • •8+ years defining and executing enterprise technology strategies with solution-level detail; ideally exposure to the airline domain and product-centric delivery models.
  • •Strong understanding of application development technologies including Java, open-source frameworks, cloud platforms, and low-code solutions.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and modelling techniques such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, and/or UML, plus architecture styles like microservices and event-driven architecture.
