Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives within the Sourcing Management team, managing supplier relationships, policies, and end-to-end commercial outcomes. Own sourcing governance, negotiate and draft contracts, and run sourcing projects through Ariba, aligning with Baker Hughes strategies and customer satisfaction. Support supply chain innovation, contribute to KPIs and category management, and provide reporting and data analysis while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring optimum outcomes.
