Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Escalation Management & Investigation: Review, assign, and manage incoming escalations; perform root-cause analysis; ensure SLAs are met; communicate with merchants to gather documentation and confirm resolution.
•Technical Account Maintenance: Update merchant profiles, configure terminal setups and processing profiles, reprocess transactions, and support onboarding and configuration issues.
•Financial & Compliance Support: Review refund requests, address tax-related escalations, and monitor transaction processing for accuracy and timely completion.
•Collaboration & Internal Support: Work with processors and internal teams to resolve issues; provide technical support to Customer Experience; assist HR with system access and platform credentials.
•Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, cover peak periods, contribute to improvement initiatives, manage Profile Change queues, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Excellent English and Spanish communication (written and spoken) skills.
•Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms.
•Experience in payment processing, financial services, or a related technical operations environment (preferred).
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
