Job Summary

Assist store leadership as Sales Lead on duty, driving sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction during shifts. Open and close the store, supervise the team, and ensure brand standards while educating customers on HOKA products. Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandise presentation, and cash handling. Act as a shop ambassador to promote the HOKA community, support local events, and uphold a positive, energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Function as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
•Open and close the store, ensuring assets are secured and maintaining a clean, organized back-stock and break area.
•Educate customers about the Brand and products, stay current on product technology, and address customer questions before they leave the store.
•Operate the cash register and handle money accurately while checking inventory daily and ensuring merchandise adherence to Brand standards.
•Support in-store events and local outreach, contribute to a positive work environment, and recognize outstanding performance from team members.

Key Requirements

•Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
•High School Diploma or GED.
