Job Summary

Lead and coordinate on-site logistics operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows while meeting KPIs and service levels. You’ll take professional responsibility for a logistics team—running shift handovers, meetings, feedback talks, and onboarding/training progress. You also support the Division Manager with workplace safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement and logistics projects. This role requires strong German/English skills and experience with ERP and MS Office (especially Excel).

•Support the Division Manager and take ownership of workplace safety, cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.
•Actively contribute to logistics projects and continuously optimize work and process flows.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills, confident but diplomatic approach, high sense of responsibility, and structured working style.
•Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience working with ERP systems.
