Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, support, and maintain infrastructure tooling environments, including Microsoft System Center Orchestrator.
  • •Maintain availability, health, performance, and resilience of production and non-production SCORCH environments.
  • •Support, troubleshoot, and optimise SCORCH runbooks and PowerShell-based automation workflows for request fulfilment and operational automation.
  • •Diagnose and resolve failed automations, integration issues, and workflow errors impacting business or operational services.
  • •Plan lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades, capacity management, release activities) and deliver changes per standards, security controls, and change windows.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience administering, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH), ideally SCORCH 2022 or later.
  • •Experience designing, maintaining, testing, and deploying Orchestrator runbooks in enterprise environments.
  • •Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • •Experience automating and integrating with Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • •Experience integrating SCORCH with ServiceNow (ITSM workflows, automated ticket creation, request fulfilment, REST APIs, OAuth integrations).
