Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production monitoring meetings and review progress reports, parts availability, and real-time shop-floor status across a one-week horizon.
  • •Lead work order management from release through completion/closure, including WO closure accuracy and system-to-reality synchronization.
  • •Oversee component availability at the point of use, ensuring pull flow stability and preventing stock-outs, while coordinating logistics for missing parts.
  • •Manage parasitic flow and exceptions by coordinating cross-departmental efforts to eliminate issues such as non-conformities, good issue errors, loss of parts, and cannibalization/rob-on.
  • •Mentor and support the PAC team and serve as primary escalation for critical resource shortages, driving prioritization adjustments and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics with 4–5 years of experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Material Management, preferably in Production Control.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of MRP II principles, including S&OP, MPS, MRP, and execution, with end-to-end supply chain understanding in a production/lean environment.
  • •Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-site networks with strong communication skills.
  • •APICS CPIM (Level 1) certification and a Master’s degree are a plus.
