Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee assurance activities within the Compliance Assurance Unit to deliver the approved assurance plan and high-quality risk-based reviews.
  • •Support development and enhancement of an independent Quality Assurance/Compliance Assurance framework across Compliance for UAE and international locations.
  • •Provide independent assurance to Compliance Senior Management on the design and operating effectiveness of the Compliance Programme, compliance controls, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance verticals and stakeholders to assess whether internal controls operate effectively and regulatory requirements are met.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical guidance and quality oversight during planning, fieldwork, issue validation, reporting, and closure; identify and escalate significant control weaknesses and emerging compliance risks.
