Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead troubleshooting for malfunctioning production machinery, equipment, and software while following safety regulations and policies.
  • •Develop and review test equipment specifications and compliance; perform and oversee AC/DC dielectric withstand, TCC timing, partial discharge, and functional testing.
  • •Lead and manage the site electrical safety program to ensure equipment compliance with internal and external safety codes.
  • •Analyze and modernize legacy applications by upgrading legacy software for new hardware and software changes, and recommend hardware/software upgrades or replacements.
  • •Coordinate with engineers and vendors for new manufacturing machinery/software specifications and lead commissioning, including installation, debugging, validation testing, and change communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •5 years of Controls/Test engineering experience.
  • •5 years programming experience using Visual Basic/Studio, SQL, and other Microsoft applications.
  • •5 years experience with Rockwell Software (RSLogix 5/500/5000, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View ME/SE).
  • •5 years experience with NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, plus PLC/HMI programming and understanding of safety systems design.
