Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a holistic internal and external communications strategy and plan for India and APAC aligned to business priorities.
  • •Build and run regional media programs tied to business strategy, industry trends, and performance requirements.
  • •Create and execute executive positioning strategies for the Regional President and country executives to drive media coverage and employee visibility.
  • •Manage media relationships and inquiries, including interview requests, and serve as a media spokesperson.
  • •Oversee press release and executive-content development (key messages, media statements, Q&A, and briefings), plus support crisis/issues management and media training/coaching as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications.
  • •12-14 years of experience in a Communications role.
  • •Experience in an APAC or ASEAN role for at least 4-6 years.
  • •Collaborative ability in a team and matrix environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
