•Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and the financial plan with focus on employee engagement.
•Drive store process adoption, support opening/closing as a visible service leader, and resolve customer concerns with a positive outcome.
•Assess and strategize performance goals using measurable KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
•Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, and retention; coach and develop staff and address minor employee relations issues.

Salary: USD 18.8 - 31.3 hourly
