Serve as a technical advisor for strategic construction-engineering customers, coaching them to adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows. Partner with customers worldwide to uncover adoption barriers and desired outcomes, then lead enablement through discovery calls, live 1:many coaching sessions, and updated enablement content. Act as a trusted technical expert demonstrating product knowledge to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

•Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
•Run coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
•Serve as a technical trusted advisor, sharing thought leadership and product expertise to drive adoption and business outcomes.
•Develop and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets aligned to Autodesk quality standards.

•5–6 years of construction or related field experience.
•Fluency in English and strong verbal/written communication for live or virtual audiences.
