Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of telli customers post go-live and drive AI adoption, retention, and expansion.
•Lead workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption and onboard new units/use cases.
•Partner with engineering and customers to build, design, and refine AI agents handling thousands of conversations.
•Track agent performance and surface blockers, continuously improving adoption and usage.
•Document playbooks, best practices, and internal processes to scale the success function and translate customer needs into product feedback.

Key Requirements

•You have more than 2 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as SaaS support, technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation or consulting.
•You are a confident communicator who can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with users, admins, and decision-makers.
•You are technically hands-on with AI tooling and comfortable with prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and debugging integrations.
•You can juggle multiple priorities under pressure, triaging requests, distinguishing urgent from important, and managing tickets, escalations, and proactive customer work.
•You are fluent in English and German, with strong writing and async communication skills.
