Job Summary

Lead the EMEA Technical Platform Consulting organization, managing ~45 consultants across 8 direct reports to deliver Data, Integration, and Extend implementations that drive customer satisfaction. Own business performance targets (revenue, utilization, margin) and set consulting engagement standards. Guide the practice’s pivot toward AI by upskilling consultants and expanding AI advisory capabilities, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Resource Management, Product, and Partners to staff engagements and build scalable delivery capacity.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and develop a high-performing organization by hiring, mentoring, and retaining technical and advisory consultants and enabling managers to do the same.
•Drive customer satisfaction and delivery excellence by setting standards for customer engagement and ensuring successful technical implementations across Data, Integration, and Extend.
•Own business performance by managing revenue, utilization, margin, and other operational targets quarterly and annually.
•Shape the practice’s strategic direction by leading the pivot toward AI and ensuring consultants are upskilled on AI capabilities aligned to Workday’s mission.
•Lead AI upskilling and partner cross-functionally (Sales, Delivery, Engagement Management, Resource Management, Product, and Partners) to staff engagements and build needed capabilities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years leading and developing high-performing Directors and Senior Managers.
•10+ years building high-performing teams and driving project or program outcomes.
•15+ years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
•Proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
•Experience implementing large-scale enterprise software (HCM, Financials, or Platform) and familiarity with AI concepts.
