Operations & Maintenance Tech (Indianapolis, IN, US)

Operate, monitor, and perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment in a cogeneration facility, supporting safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible power generation. Manage day-to-day plant operations independently under the Plant Manager’s supervision, including working with automated PLC-based controls and Rockwell Automation systems. Maintain operating logs and metrics, support safety programs and SOPs, investigate operating abnormalities, and assist with root cause analysis and major maintenance planning.
