Supervisor - Maintenance VIM

Supervise maintenance activities at the Tanner, AL integrated mill, providing guidance and direction to maintenance employees while executing planned and scheduled maintenance. Ensure safety plan adherence and company policy expectations, address performance issues, and maintain a positive shop-floor work environment through clear communication. Organize and prioritize work areas and coordinate internal and external resources to help meet departmental and company goals, including special projects as assigned.
