Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and replenish guest rooms, suites, guest corridors, and garden borders according to hotel standards.
  • •Prepare daily task control sheets and complete assigned tasks as per resort standards.
  • •Use and maintain cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment in line with resort procedures.
  • •Restock linen and keep pantries filled to the required par level; clear and clean pantries and related areas.
  • •Report malfunctions, incidents, guest room issues, lost and found, and unusual guest behavior to supervisors as required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a School Certificate and a National Certificate Level 3 in any field.
  • •2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English and French.
  • •Physical capability to consistently lift, move, and perform bending and arm-raising tasks and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
