Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Technology Service owners and Project Managers to coordinate implementations, BAU initiatives, and service requests.
  • •Place orders for equipment and services and manage orders on behalf of the Technology Services area.
  • •Maintain tracking and management systems for order-related data and communicate order status to requesters and leadership.
  • •Identify risks/issues, create mitigation plans, and follow change management processes when introducing changes to the environment.
  • •Provide financial analysis and summary reporting, and champion work efficiencies that improve services and reduce hours and dollars.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or related field).
  • •Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with procurement and best practices for goods and services, including order and vendor/supplier management.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables and macros) and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite for metrics and reporting.
  • •Familiarity with financial and order-management principles, plus the ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally.
