Job Summary

Drive customer acquisition and retention for the EU/UK–Africa corridor by launching growth programs within African diaspora communities. Conduct customer research, build partnerships, and run tailored offline/online advertising and brand awareness campaigns. Source and lead community ambassadors and manage agencies across Paid, Creatives, and Events. Own CRM segmentation and work cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, reporting to the Head of Africa.

Key Responsibilities

•Boost growth in the EU/UK–Africa corridor by building and executing comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
•Build trust-based relationships with African diaspora communities through in-person and online communications.
•Conduct ongoing customer research with transfer senders and deep dive into corridor-specific customer pain points.
•Initiate, negotiate, and build partnerships with diaspora community associations and organizations.
•Manage CRM for segmented corridors/communities and run tailored offline/online advertising campaigns, including agency management for Paid, Creatives, and Events.

Key Requirements

•Based in London or EU.
•4–5 years of experience in a high-growth environment such as startups, marketing, or fintechs.
•Strong knowledge and networks among African diaspora communities across the UK/EU, with depth in at least 2–3 key corridors.
•Strong business development/sales/marketing/analytical background with experience in organic and inorganic marketing activities.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in African languages is a strong plus.
