Manage oversight and delivery for short- and long-term IT projects supporting the 616th Operations Center (616 OC) and 616th Air Communications Squadron (ACOMS). Create integrated project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reporting are maintained. Track vendor deliverables, run project meetings, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards while reporting to a Program Manager.

•Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new product development projects.
•Manage project teams and oversee execution through design, implementation, and testing aligned to objectives.
•Review and control project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports and track progress.
•Define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment; assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
•Coordinate vendor tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards; conduct project meetings and manage reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years (or commensurate experience).
•Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs or contracts.
•Current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow.
