Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, bring vehicles to the stall area, and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose malfunction causes, complete repairs, and examine vehicles for additional safety or service work.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
  • •Document all work performed and road-test vehicles when required (or refer to the test technician), without using customer vehicles for personal errands.
  • •Supervise assigned apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training and review technical bulletins, and maintain a neat shop area and tool accountability while following safety policies.

Key Requirements
