Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct engineering studies for facilities chemical and gas systems, including design practice, capacity/capability analysis, future requirements planning, and code compliance.
  • •Maintain engineering databases to support capacity tracking, capital equipment facilitation, and cash flow project management for assigned systems/areas.
  • •Support startup of new equipment and ensure proper interfacing with mechanical and electrical systems; specify critical components and ensure code/regulatory compliance.
  • •Work with in-house TGCM contractors to keep chemical and gas delivery systems running smoothly; troubleshoot system issues with contractors and OEMs.
  • •Review and improve Operation and Maintenance SOP and RA; verify work aligns with company safety guidelines and engineer safety features into designs while supporting QMS/business process accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Chemical & Gas Engineer.
  • •Relevant high-purity chemical and gas experience in operation/maintenance and engineering in semiconductor/electronic/wafer fab environments.
  • •Experience operating and maintaining chemical and gas equipment/systems (e.g., VMB, CDM, GC, BSGS).
  • •Troubleshooting and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA) plus strong collaboration and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
