Job Summary

Support the execution of people strategies for the Willow Philly Enid plant by partnering with site leadership, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence. Provide hands-on HR support to leaders using HR best practices and data, addressing day-to-day workforce needs with an emphasis on engagement, retention, and development. Drive HR programs at the facility, coach leaders on decisions and performance, and help ensure talent management aligns with Tyson policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide input and implement HR strategy aligned to the site’s operational goals.
•Assist with development and implementation of HR plans/programs that shape team member behavior and reinforce safety and HR principles.
•Identify and correct risk-generating patterns in EEO and AA; conduct workplace investigations to resolve conflicts and performance issues.
•Partner with COE and People Operations on the design and implementation of facility HR programs and workforce strategy execution.
•Support talent evaluation, performance management, and talent acquisition best practices; implement programs to build future-ready workforce capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.
•Significant HR strategy execution knowledge, strong analytical skills, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
