Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct operational environment and target audience analysis across cultural, political, and social dynamics.
  • •Develop and execute assessment strategies using quantitative and qualitative measures and apply the Assess and Influence Process and HPEM (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • •Analyze internet-based engagements and provide data-driven insights into program performance and social media effectiveness.
  • •Extract, restructure, and analyze data from multiple sources (including CSV and delimited text) and produce quarterly C2IE reports plus weekly/monthly summaries and ad hoc briefings.
  • •Prepare and communicate assessment products that document progress, summarize findings, and recommend data-driven adjustments while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Intelligence Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •5–7+ years of relevant analytic, research, or assessment experience.
  • •Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI.
  • •Intermediate data analysis and data extraction skills, including use of unstructured data for cleaning and verification.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP), with superior written and verbal communication.
