Key Responsibilities

•Own the country’s operating rhythm, including weekly reviews plus MBR/QBR and leadership-team routines that drive decisions.
•Build reporting to catch problems early and surface issues within 48 hours with root cause and proposed fixes.
•Drive cross-functional projects end to end, framing problems, building plans, running the room, and landing outcomes (including hands-on analysis and stakeholder calls).
•Prep the GM for regional reviews, HQ asks, board updates, and partner escalations; translate updates between Romania and HQ.
•Run leadership meetings, own what comes next, and hold leaders to commitments even without formal authority.

Key Requirements

•4 to 7 years total experience, with early career ideally in top consulting/PE/IB (or equivalent) and at least 18 months actually running operations, not advising.
•Run an operating cadence and ship cross-functional projects (advising doesn’t count).
•Perform deep analysis yourself using data and build the narrative without waiting for someone else’s deck.
•Produce concise written synthesis that moves decisions quickly (e.g., single-page output).
•Be fluent in Romanian and English and demonstrate a high-trust working style and comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
