Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or tech lead manager.
  • •8+ years of experience building large client applications with deep technical expertise in at least one of: Android, iOS, Windows, or macOS.
  • •Demonstrated excellence collaborating with others and developing software engineers with outcomes that facilitate team success.
  • •A proven track record of technical delivery in high-scale environments with complex constraints.
  • •Experience solving difficult problems that involve both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
