Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage technical services delivered by H&AT across specified aircraft platforms, components, Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), and MetCal.
  • •Oversee airworthiness requirements including CAME/AMP establishment, management, amendments, and compliance with RSAF instructions.
  • •Manage materiel deficiency reports, airworthiness investigations, emerging issues, and review/authorization for airworthiness directives (AD/TCTO/TI).
  • •Ensure technical logs and CA records are maintained for O&AT platforms, including inspections, corrosion control, reliability, and engine health monitoring.
  • •Provide line management for Technical Services Executives, including competence assessment, professional development, performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant technical discipline acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Extensive experience in technical services within an aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness (CA) environment, including supporting and maintaining aircraft fleets.
  • •Previous experience in a relevant management role.
  • •Chartered Engineer with an appropriate professional institute (desirable).
  • •Broad experience in applicable aerospace/defence regulatory environments (civil FAA/EASA and military UK-MAA/RSAF) (desirable).
