Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow Aon’s Aviation insurance portfolio, driving strategic initiatives in General Aviation and Airline sectors.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to c-suite executives, maintaining and expanding deep, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • •Oversee complex placements and negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and for Aon.
  • •Mentor and develop broking and client executive teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • •Represent Aon at industry events, build market influence, and stay ahead of regulatory changes in the Aviation sector.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in aviation insurance broking, underwriting, or risk advisory, with exposure to General Aviation and Airlines.
