Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
•Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and needs assessment
•Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track key customers’ status
•Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, write key customer analyses, and coordinate with departments to provide optimal solutions and product feedback

Key Requirements

•Sales experience with clear KPI"
•Familiar with using a CRM tool
•Autonomous work within a sales team and experience collaborating with regional teams and events
•Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks or brokers
•Strong communication and relationship-maintenance skills; able to work under pressure; passionate about crypto; English fluency (additional languages a plus)
