Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage IT risk management and internal control engagements, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, quality review, and client management.
  • •Lead IT risk assessments across internal audits, system implementations, and specialized IT areas such as security, access provisioning, and security architecture.
  • •Lead and execute IT audits and IT SOX engagements; manage evaluation and testing of IT processes and system controls to identify areas of risk.
  • •Apply enterprise risk management frameworks and support clients in using key frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO.
  • •Drive business development activities (proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences/thought leadership) and mentor staff on engagements, including training and performance assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of related experience in a consulting practice serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
  • •Certification required: CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM; CPA license/certification preferred.
  • •Experience performing technology risk assessments, operational internal audits, and process control reviews aligned to IIA’s Standards.
  • •Expertise in areas such as access control, security architecture and administration, firewalls/network security, database security auditing, and operating systems (Windows, UNIX, AS400).
