Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide management and direction to cross-functional pods across analytics, technology, transformation, and product management, aligning stakeholders across global functions and regions.
  • •Implement a consistent, effective management approach across functional areas and act as the prime interface within the Detection Value Stream for change and prioritization.
  • •Support Financial Crime Leadership by delivering investment across technology, intelligence, and analytics to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security, and cost profile.
  • •Devise and implement programs to quantify impacts and manage/mitigate impacts of Financial Crime regulatory changes across the FC control framework.
  • •Represent Financial Crime in governance forums and meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management/product ownership experience in a complex global environment, preferably in financial services.
  • •Knowledge of transaction monitoring and payments, preferably related to Financial Institutions monitoring/correspondent banking.
  • •Proficiency in OKR, design thinking, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes, including epics and stories, with strong Jira and Confluence experience.
  • •Understanding of entity resolution, network analytics, and data analysis techniques (desirable).
