•Collaborate with other departments and perform daily assignments.
•Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety practices on all work assignments.
•Read electrical & mechanical drawings and technical manuals; manage waste generated from work; complete required training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.56 - 25.98

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Meet at least one: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, 6 months outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, military experience, or graduate from vocational high school (no experience required).
•Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
•Ability to work with little supervision and demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
•Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to follow safe work practices.
