Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and qualify new metrology methodologies for advanced DRAM/HBM technology nodes.
  • •Define process control strategies and establish monitoring plans for critical process modules.
  • •Evaluate and introduce new metrology tools and measurement capabilities.
  • •Analyze experimental and production data to improve measurement accuracy, matching performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Drive supplier engagement and technical reviews with metrology vendors; support capital planning and tool qualification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
