Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee software application development projects and a team of junior developers.
  • •Allocate resources and create detailed plans to deliver functioning applications on time and to quality standards.
  • •Define and document product requirements, user stories, and epics, working closely with Agile teams to execute the product backlog.
  • •Lead multiple project teams spanning the full design and development lifecycle, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
  • •Identify project risks and challenges, drive mitigation strategies, and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year/graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence.
  • •Typically 7-10 years of work experience in applications engineering, programming, or a related field.
  • •Must have MuleSoft programming capability.
  • •Experience applying Agile methodology to execute product backlogs with defined epics, user stories, and requirements.
  • •Knowledge of software development practices for building scalable, high-performance systems and platforms.
