Serve as a remote Field Service Technician for the Lenox team, troubleshooting and repairing industrial bandsaw equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain calibration and distributor welding equipment support, gather machine and end-user data in SFDC, and stay current on industry developments through trade shows and seminars.

•Troubleshoot end-user issues via minor repairs, alignment, calibration, and performance/trial testing to achieve optimum equipment performance.

•Use SFDC to collect and maintain data on products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for Lenox and competitive accounts.
•Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.
•Coordinate and implement technical product and application solutions, including running trials against competitors to demonstrate value and price vs. cost benefits.

Salary: USD 67,200 - 108,200 annually

•Sales experience in industrial sales (preferred).
