Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead material and process development, characterization, and system-level integration for Raytheon product lines and new business.
  • •Run material performance prediction and measurement tests for developmental and production systems.
  • •Conduct material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted performance using Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM).
  • •Integrate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and support assessment of system performance.
  • •Prepare engineering documentation, interface with customers and suppliers, participate in program/project reviews, and mentor early career engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience in low observables or radar materials.
